These terms explain what Scout does, what it does not do, and the rules for using the website responsibly.
You may use 3DPrintScout for lawful product research, price comparison and editorial information. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security controls, abuse forms, overload the site, or use automated systems in a way that materially disrupts normal operation.
3DPrintScout does not sell the products displayed on the site. Purchases are completed with independent third-party retailers. The retailer is responsible for checkout, payment, delivery, returns, warranties and its own terms.
We work hard to keep retailer prices, stock and product information current, but feeds can be delayed, incomplete or changed by a retailer without notice. Always verify the final price, stock status, delivery cost and terms on the retailer’s website before purchasing.
Some outbound retailer links are affiliate links. 3DPrintScout may earn commission from qualifying purchases. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee a retailer a particular ranking and do not normally increase the price you pay.
Original Scout copy, layouts, graphics, tools and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party product names, images, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and may be used for identification/comparison purposes.
You may link to public Scout pages and use brief extracts with attribution, but you may not republish or commercially exploit substantial parts of the catalogue, editorial content or tooling without permission.
If you send a guide suggestion, message or other material, make sure you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful. We may moderate, ignore or remove abusive, misleading, infringing, spammy or otherwise inappropriate submissions.
Scout may change, pause or remove features, merchants, products, guides or services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance or security work when needed.
Scout is provided as an information and comparison service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on outdated retailer data, third-party services, or purchases made with independent retailers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Retailers and other external websites are outside our control. Their content, privacy practices, availability and contractual terms are their responsibility. Opening an external link is your choice.
